Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Every order is sent fully tracked and insured.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks (approximately 10–15 working days) from dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Most orders arrive within this window. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen during busy periods or customs processing.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 days for the first updates to appear.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@venalondon.co.uk straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, don't worry — your order is insured. Email info@venalondon.co.uk with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation and resolve it.
